Welcome to Kiddie Konnect Network, the platform where families and licensed childcare programs connect with ease. By using our website, app, or any related services (collectively the "Platform"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. Childcare programs must be licensed and/or legally operating in accordance with local and state regulations.

 

2. Accounts and Registration

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

 

3. Service Description

Our Platform allows:

  • Families to search for licensed childcare programs by location, availability, and other filters.

  • Childcare programs to create profiles, upload images/videos, and display key program information.

  • Communication between families and programs through messaging tools or scheduling features.

Note: We do not guarantee placements or endorse any individual childcare program.

 

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

  • Programs may subscribe monthly to maintain their listing on the Platform.

  • Promotional offers (e.g., $10 for the first month, 14-day free trials etc using promo codes) may be available at our discretion.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

5. Content and Conduct

  • You may not upload content that is false, misleading, obscene, abusive, or violates any law.

  • We reserve the right to edit or remove any listing that violates our standards or is reported by users.

 

6. Verification

We make reasonable efforts to verify childcare credentials and licensing status before approving profiles. However, final responsibility lies with families to conduct their own due diligence.

 

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or other reasons deemed necessary.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to issues arising between childcare programs and families.

 

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
